Marshfield Convention & Visitors Bureau (CVB) is your meeting and event planning partner. The Marshfield CVB can save you time and money by assisting you with the facilities that can best accommodate your meeting.

Marshfield CVB is a not-for-profit organization with a mission statement to provide small-town friendliness and a sense of community along with an active city scene to groups of all sizes and types. Our main priority is to make your meeting the best it can be.

Our Free Services Include:

• Assisting planners in all areas of meeting preparation and providing planners with detailed reference material
• Acting as a liaison between the planner and community officials
• Obtaining specials letters of welcome from high-ranking government officials and in bringing officials to speak at a meeting
• To develop spouse programs and pre-and-post convention tours
• Helping with on-site inspections and familiarization tours
• Proving information filled Marshfield visitor guides, brochures and maps
• Marketing to attendees via promotional materials in encourage attendance

The elegant Grand Ball Room, the newest addition to our convention room, offers 4,998 sq. ft. of meeting space. The room can be divided into 3 smaller rooms, each 1,666 sq. ft. The beautiful Marshfield Room, which has recently been remodeled, offers 2,639 sq. ft. of meeting space. The room can be divided into 3 uniquely sized smaller rooms to meet your needs.

With hundreds of meetings and banquets planned annually, our experienced staff is ready to accommodate your complete meeting and banquet needs. Whether you're planning a large conference, a dinner banquet, reunion, or wedding, the Clearwaters Hotel & Convention Center is ready to serve you in style... from a healthy breakfast for 8 to dinner for 700.

In addition to the grand ballroom, the Clearwaters Hotel & Convention Center has recently renovated its suites to expand hotel space to 8,000 square feet of meeting rooms.
